Terms of Service
Last updated September 30, 2026. These Terms apply to new customers from September 30, 2026 and to existing customers from October 30, 2026. Until then, existing customers are covered by the version dated September 28, 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LimoScale, including the LimoScale admin portal at app.limoscale.com, the LimoScale Admin app, the driver app, our booking widgets, the customer portal, the customer mobile app, our integrations and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by LimoScale (“LimoScale”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent (“you”, “Customer”).
1. What LimoScale is
LimoScale is business software for limousine and private transportation companies. It helps you take quotes, price trips, manage leads, bookings, drivers and dispatch, collect payments through your own Stripe account, send trips to other systems you use, and measure sales and marketing performance.
LimoScale does not provide transportation services. You are solely responsible for the rides you sell and operate, including your vehicles, drivers, licenses, permits, insurance, safety, pricing, dispatch decisions, and your terms with your riders. LimoScale is not a party to any agreement between you and your riders, your drivers, or any company you send trips to.
2. Your account and your people
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by the team members you invite and the drivers you give driver app access to, and for keeping passwords and publishable keys secure.
You are responsible for your drivers: for vetting them, for their conduct, and for telling them that the driver app shares their location with your dispatch team and your rider while they are working a trip (see section 6).
Tell us promptly at support@limoscale.com if you believe your account, a key or a login has been accessed without permission.
3. Plans, fees and billing
Subscriptions. Plans and add-ons are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Current plans, included features, lead limits, user limits and add-on prices are shown on our pricing page.
Onboarding. Monthly plans include a one-time onboarding fee charged at checkout. Onboarding is included at no charge on yearly plans.
Lead limits. Each plan includes a monthly number of leads (new quote requests from your booking forms, customer portal, customer mobile app or the New Quote tool). Repeat requests from the same email or phone number within 30 days are not counted. Your booking forms keep accepting quotes if you pass your limit. Leads beyond your limit plus a 10% buffer may be billed at the overage rate shown on our pricing page, or we may ask you to add a lead pack or move to a larger plan.
Third-party fees. Some services you connect charge their own fees, which are billed to you by them, not by LimoScale. For example, Stripe charges payment processing fees, and GNET and LimoAnywhere charge a fee for each accepted trip sent through GNET.
Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Taxes. Fees do not include taxes, which you are responsible for where they apply.
Failed payments. If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may suspend the Service until your account is brought current.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
4. Payments from your riders
Rider payments are processed by Stripe directly into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. LimoScale is not the merchant of record, does not hold rider funds, and does not add a platform fee to your rides. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own terms.
The Service lets you authorize a rider’s card and capture it later, save a card on file, and charge a saved card for trip-related charges such as extra time, tolls, parking or damage. You are responsible for your capture, refund and dispute decisions, for showing riders your own terms, and for having the rider’s consent before charging a saved card. The Service asks riders for that consent when they pay, but you remain responsible for how you use it.
5. Riders, the customer portal and the customer app
Your riders can create accounts in your customer portal and customer mobile app to book, pay, track trips and see receipts. Those accounts belong to your company’s service. You are responsible for your terms with your riders, for your rider-facing content (such as your Terms & Conditions, confirmations and receipts), and for answering riders’ questions and requests. LimoScale sends sign-in codes, reservation confirmations and receipts on your behalf from a LimoScale email address, with replies going to the contact email you set.
6. Drivers, dispatch and location
The driver app lets your drivers accept jobs, update trip status, share their live location and report trip extras. While a driver is working a trip, their location and estimated arrival time are shown to your team and to the rider on that trip. Live location is removed when the trip is dropped off or canceled. You are responsible for getting any consent your drivers must give under the law where you operate.
7. Integrations and third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as Stripe, GoHighLevel, Google (Maps and Ads), Cloudflare, Expo (push notifications) and GNET (which connects to LimoAnywhere). When you turn on an integration, you instruct us to send the data it needs, for example sending a booked trip, its passenger details, its notes and the price the rider paid to your LimoAnywhere account through GNET. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and you are responsible for your accounts and settings with them, such as accepting LimoScale’s GNET account as a partner and your vehicle mappings.
We are not responsible for third-party services, for trips or updates they do not deliver, or for changes they make that affect the Service. You are responsible for checking that trips sent to another system arrived correctly and for acting on the alerts the Service shows you.
8. Your data
You own the data you, your team, your drivers and your riders put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to host, process, transmit and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, including sending it to the integrations you turn on.
You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to collect and use Customer Data, including consent to send riders text messages and emails through your CRM workflows.
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request an export of your Customer Data while your account is active and for 30 days after it ends.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent; send spam or messages without the recipient’s consent; upload malicious code; try to access other companies’ data or bypass security or usage limits; share your publishable keys or logins with anyone who shouldn’t have them; resell the Service without our written permission; or reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows.
10. Our responsibilities and availability
We work to keep the Service secure and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Prices and quotes are calculated from the settings you enter, and trip status, driver and location information depends on your drivers’ devices and on connected services, so you are responsible for checking that your fleet, rates, fees, dispatch and trip details are correct.
11. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LimoScale will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold LimoScale harmless from claims arising from the transportation services you provide, your drivers, your Customer Data, your dealings with your riders, trips you send to or receive from other companies, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Suspension and termination
You can cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or fail to pay, and we will give notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify account owners by email or in the portal at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
